普及率低すぎ！日本で4人に1人しかスマホを使ってない

日本でのスマホ普及率は25%らしいです。これだけスマホを投げ売りしているのにこれだけ。お隣韓国では73%4人に3人はスマホ。シンガポールでは72%。圧倒的に日本でスマホが普及していないようです。意外でした。日本では料金が高すぎるのかな？まだまだ日本でスマホが普及する見込があるということなのでしょうか？
